Registration and On-Boarding for Public Health MU Objectives
In alignment with the activities related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Program (MIPS), the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) has an online Meaningful Use Registration and Communications System (MURCS). The system is capable of collecting and recording all aspects of the onboarding process for EPs, ACHs, and LTCHs wanting to submit electronic data on:
- ARCS On-Boarding Process
- Syndromic Surveillance
- Electronic Lab Reporting
- Electronic Case Reporting
The intent of Arkansas Reporting & Communication System (ARCS) is to allow facilities the opportunity to connect with and send messages electronically to the Arkansas Department of Health. It also serves as an audit trail for the PI (Promoting Interoperability) program. Please use the Registration link below to register or login to ARCS.
