parents, and caregivers on traffic safety, child passenger safety, bicycle safety, scald
and burn prevention, drowning prevention, playground safety, poison prevention, and home

| The Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program provides free education, screening, diagnosis, and treatment for breast cancer for women
in Arkansas through the BreastCare Program. The mission of the program is to increase the rate of early detection of breast and cervical
cancer and to reduce the morbidity of these diseases. The target population for the program is low-income women, 40 or older who are
uninsured or underinsured. Mammograms, follow-up of abnormal mammograms, and treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation
therapy) for breast cancer are now free of charge to eligible participants. |

| Community Based Case Management Services for the Elderly |
| Provision of services for in-home
service patients by a nurse who assists in evaluating the person's situation and finding
resources to meet his or her needs. The nurse also monitors those services to ensure
quality. |

| Connect-Care |
| A Medicaid participant outreach
and education project which utilizes media, print materials and 24-hour telephone access
to facilitate Medicaid enrollment, primary care physician selection and preventive service
utilization. A tollfree helpline is available at 1-800-275-1131. |

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, KAP survey, assessment of current standards of
care, implementation of a public education program and task force to study diabetes
issues. |

| Family Planning |
| Provision of medical care,
counseling and contraceptive supplies to general clients; including pap-smear results
notification. Specialized services may be offered to adolescent clients. |

| Fire Burn Prevention |
| Fire safety
presentations and free smoke alarms are offered for targeted populations focusing on
children five years of age and younger, senior citizens aged 65 years and older, In-Home
Services reciepients, and members of Self Help for Hard of Hearing Persons (SHHH). |
