Instructions for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits

Create a User Profile

Visit the CDC continuing education credit Web site, www.phppo.cdc.gov/phtnonline. Select New Participant if you have not taken any other CDC on-line course before. Select Participant Login if you already have a user name and password.

Register

Log in using your login name and password. Click on the Search and Register icon. Using Keyword Search (option 2), type in Hepatitis C and click the SELECT button. Click on Hepatitis C: What Clinicians and Other Health Professionals Need to Know.

Select the type of credits you wish to register for and click on the SUBMIT icon. You are now registered for the course.

Get Your Credits

Return to the CDC continuing education credit Web site, www.phppo.cdc.gov/phtnonline, and log in using your login name and password.

Click the Evaluations and Tests icon and then select Self-Study Courses. Select Hepatitis C: What Clinicians and Other Health Professionals Need to Know. Complete the 25 question course evaluation and click on SUBMIT icon.

You can now view your transcript and print your certificate of completion.
