Applications for plumber's license are color coded. Therefore, plumber applications are not being made available online at this time. The State Committee of Plumbing Examiners and the Arkansas Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Board have no reciprocal licensing agreements with other state licensing Boards.
