ANNUAL VIOLATION REPORTS TO EPA
Under the requirements of the 1996
Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act, all states must prepare and
submit to EPA an annual report concerning the numbers and types of
violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations. This report must be
made available to the public. Hard copies of the report are available from
David Quattlebaum, Compliance Officer, Arkansas Department of Health, Division of
Engineering, 4815 West Markham Street (MS37), Little Rock, Arkansas
72205-3867.
