ARE THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE MY WATER QUALIFIED?

The Arkansas Department of Health - Division of Engineering, through the Operator Certification Program, makes every effort to ensure that the personnel operating the water system in your community are qualified to do so. This certification program requires that the personnel making decisions that impact water quality meet certain requirements, including passing appropriate examinations and obtaining continuing training.
