Act 1864 of the 2005 Legislative session requires all licensed installers to maintain a minimum $10,000 surety bond and receive an annual training course . In November 2006 CD-ROMS containing the recertification training program were mailed to installers throughout Arkansas . You can request a copy by calling 1-501-671-1457 . A version of the program can also be downloaded from this site by clicking the button below. You must complete the training before March 1 , 2007 .

You must complete the questions at the end of each section. After correctly answering the questions at the end of each section, you may print your certificate. Please mail your certificate, proof of bonding and license renewal fee to: Arkansas Dept. of Health and Human Services, Division of Health, P.O. Box 1437 , Slot H- 29 , Little Rock , AR 72203-1437 .
